Defrost pork rolls, but not completely, stick metal forks into them from one side and put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Put two eggs to the mixer. Add half a glass of water, one glass of wheat flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Blend defrosted spinach thoroughly and put half a glass of it into the mixer. Mix everything thoroughly to combine ingredients. The batter should be quite dense so that it does not drip off easily. Add a little flour if necessary.
Dip the roll on a fork in the batter and put it in the deep fryer, holding the fork for 30 seconds. Then, using a second fork, slide the roll to the fat and bake for 3–5 minutes until it turns brown.
Grate the celery on a vegetable grater on fine mesh. Cut the radish into thin stripes and add the parsley. Spice with salt and pepper. Add 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
We recommend strawberry lemonade. Pour juice from 4 lemons into a jug and add sugar.
Pour 1.5 liter of water and stir. Defrost strawberries and blend thoroughly. Add to lemonade and mix.
Enjoy your meal!
