Stuffed cabbage with mashed potatoes
Chop the onion finely and fry until golden color. Add some salt. Add two cans of tomatoes and 1 pressed clove of garlic. Spice with salt and pepper. After boiling, blend to a smooth mass. Take the sauce of the cooker and pour 30% sweet cream. Put the stuffed cabbage into the sauce.
Boil potatoes until tender. Pour off the water, add 1 tablespoon of butter and 100 ml of 30% sweet cream. Add 20 g of parsley and a pinch of nutmeg. Mash the potatoes. Add salt if necessary.
